# Agency guide: client workspaces and reports

Keep a workspace per client, move between clients, brand reports and decide what each client reads.

On the Agency and Enterprise plans, an agency keeps a separate workspace for each client, reaches every client from one sign-in, and sends reports under its own brand or the client’s.

## Plans

Client workspaces and white-label reports come with the Agency and Enterprise plans. On other plans, Settings shows Client workspaces with an Agency plan note and Compare plans.

On Agency and Enterprise, tracked questions are pooled across the agency workspace and its client workspaces. The agency’s plan also sets the product limit for the whole family, and each client’s spend bills to the agency account.

## Add a client workspace

Open Settings, then Client workspaces under Delivery, and choose Add client. Only an Owner can add, brand or remove a client.

A new client workspace starts empty, with its own products, questions and readings, and appears in the workspace switcher.

## Move between clients

Choose Switch in on a client’s row, or pick the client under Switch workspace in the account menu. Every screen then shows that client, and the rail names the workspace in view.

Each client row shows the client’s plan, its products, its last activity, this cycle’s spend, and whether the client has a brand of its own.

Inside a client workspace, Settings › Client workspaces offers the way back to the agency workspace.

## Who reads what in a client workspace

Members of the agency workspace work in every client workspace as the agency team.

To give a client’s own people access, switch into that client’s workspace and invite them from Members. A person whose only membership is the client workspace joins as the client.

In a client workspace, anything shared with the workspace reaches the agency team only by default. An internal note does not reach the client unless shared with the client.

Client members do not get the outbound connections: publish destinations, secrets, trackers, document tools and warehouses. Settings tells them that the agency sets those up.

## Reports for each client

Each client’s reports live in that client’s own workspace. In the agency workspace, the Reports library lists every client under Client workspaces, with the client’s folders.

Report in the rail opens the current report; its back button leads to Reports, the library of every report in the workspace.

In a client workspace, a report marked Visible to client is readable by the client’s members as well as the agency team. Show to client and Hide from client in the report’s menu switch between the two.

## White-label reports

Settings › Delivery › Report brand sets what a report leaves under: logo, brand name, the name on the cover, a tagline and colours.

Choose Brand on a client’s row to give that client a brand of its own. A client without one uses the agency’s brand.

On Agency and Enterprise, an Owner can remove the “Powered by Praised” line from reports. On other plans, the line stays on every report.

## Share a report with a client

A client can read a report by link without an account, or as a member inside Praised. Settings › Delivery › Alerts can also send the report digest to up to 10 addresses outside the workspace.

## Agent credits per client

An Owner can set an Agent credit cap for each client workspace from the client’s row.

## Remove a client

Choose Remove on the client’s row. Removing deletes the client workspace and everything measured in it. A client that still holds products asks a second time before its data goes.

Removing a client also ends the sessions of that client’s own members.

## When something goes wrong

When Add client is refused, the plan does not include client workspaces. Compare plans from the Client workspaces row.
