What the Agent is charged in, what you know before it spends, the monthly allowance and packs.

Agent credits are what the Agent is charged in. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Agent credits, and packs of Agent credits add more.

## What an Agent credit pays for

An Agent answer is charged what the answer measurably cost: the model’s priced cost plus the tools the answer used. One Agent credit covers $0.15 of that cost.

An answer is charged in fractions of an Agent credit, never rounded up to a whole one. An answer that called no model and no priced tool costs nothing.

The Agent stops an answer before its next step could take the answer past 7 Agent credits.

A few single actions have a fixed price instead. A research lookup costs 1 Agent credit. A reply draft costs 2 Agent credits, and writing the draft again costs 2 more.

## What you know before the Agent spends

The Agent panel shows how many Agent credits are left this month.

An action that costs more than 1 Agent credit shows Up to N Agent credits on its card before you approve. N is the most the action can cost.

When an answer would need more than what is left, the Agent shows how many Agent credits the answer needs, how many are left and when the allowance renews. Where a cheaper mode fits, the Agent offers a switch to that mode.

Settings, Chat limit, sets how much one message may use without asking you to confirm. Each person sets their own.

## Running out

With none left, the Agent shows No Agent credits left and the date the allowance renews. An Owner can select Top up to buy a pack. Anyone else is asked to have a workspace Owner add more.

Running out of Agent credits stops the Agent, not your measurement. Tracked questions keep being asked on the plan’s schedule.

The allowance renews whole on the day the plan renews. Agent credits left unused from one period’s allowance do not carry into the next.

A yearly plan gets the monthly allowance each month, not twelve months at once.

On Free, the 5 Agent credits start once someone in the workspace has confirmed their email address.

On Agency, the allowance is shared by the agency workspace and every client workspace.

## Buy more Agent credits

Packs of Agent credits are sold in the top up section of Billing & plan: 260 Agent credits for $39 or €39, and 1,300 Agent credits for $149 or €149. Stripe Checkout takes the payment.

Agent credits from a pack never expire. They are spent after the month’s allowance.

Auto top-up buys one pack when an Agent action would not fit. Choose the pack and the most packs to buy in a period, then select Save.

Only a workspace Owner can buy a pack or set auto top-up. In a client workspace, the agency adds Agent credits.
