Add questions on Prompts, change a wording by retiring and re-adding, retire and restore, and the plan limits.

Tracked questions are the buyer questions Praised asks the engines for a product. Add, retire and restore them on Prompts. A wording is never edited in place: changing one retires the old wording and adds the new one.

## Where to find them

Open Prompts in the Measure group of the rail. The screen is titled Questions.

The screen reads and writes one product’s questions: the product chosen in the rail’s product picker, which appears once a workspace has two products.

## Add a question

Type a question in the add box under the list, the way a buyer would ask it, and press Track. The journey stage beside the box is guessed from the wording; change it if the guess is wrong.

Generate drafts candidate questions for the product. Nothing is tracked until you tick candidates and press Track selected.

Import reads your own list, pasted or from a file, including a Search Console or keyword export. The rows arrive as candidates, and nothing is tracked until Track.

A new question is asked on every engine from its next ask.

The same words in the same market cannot be tracked twice in one product.

## Change a wording

A tracked question’s wording cannot be edited. The wording is the question’s identity across readings, and an edited wording would put two different questions on one line.

To change a wording, open the row’s menu and choose Reword. Reword retires the old wording and puts the text in the add box. Edit the text there and press Track to add the new wording.

The new wording starts a history of its own. The menu marks Reword with comparison unavailable, because a before-and-after across the change compares two different questions.

## Retire or restore a question

Choose Retire in the row’s menu. The question stops at its next slot, and its past answers are kept.

Retired questions sit in the Retired queue. Restore asks a retired question again from its next slot.

A restored question counts against the plan’s limit again, and the restore is refused when the limit is reached.

## What happens to history

Retiring keeps the question and every past answer. The question is only left out of future asks.

A question’s answers count from the day the question began tracking. Answers asked before that day are not shown for the question.

Every add and retire is recorded with the member who made it.

## Limits by plan

Each plan sets how many questions a workspace may track at once. The count covers every product in the workspace: questions that are tracked and not retired, in products that are not removed.

On Agency and Enterprise, client workspaces share one limit.

| Plan | Tracked questions |
| --- | --- |
| Free | 12 |
| Pro | 50 |
| Scale | 150 |
| Agency | 150, shared across client workspaces |
| Enterprise | 250, shared across client workspaces |

An add past the limit is refused, the message names the plan’s limit, and nothing is added. Retire a question or move up a plan to make room.

A market added to the measurement brings its own set of questions. That set counts against the markets allowance, not this limit.

## When a change does not take

In the demo workspace, nothing is measured and nothing you change is saved.
