Start with the outcome the reading reports, then open the answers behind the outcome. Most surprises come from what was sampled, what could not be checked or a change in the measurement setup.

## Why does the reading say not named when ChatGPT names us in a chat?

A reading asks the tracked questions on a set engine configuration, several times each, and combines the answers. A chat in a consumer app can use different routing, settings, location or memory. Open the answers behind the figure and compare their wording with the question you typed.

## Why is a figure blank instead of zero?

Missing evidence stays missing. A blank figure carries the reason no value exists, such as no answers in the window, instead of a zero that would read as a measured absence.

## What does too few asked mean, and what fixes the outcome?

Too few asked means too few answers were judged for a silence to rule anything out. The fix is more relevant, distinct buyer questions, not more answers to one wording.

## Why does a position say couldn’t check?

Couldn’t check means nothing was judged, or the engine could not reach that place. Check coverage for missed slots before reading the result as an absence.

## Why is a comparison unavailable?

A comparison is refused when the measurement setup changed between the two readings, such as the tracked questions or the engines. Compare readings taken under the same setup.

## Why does the chart show a marker?

A marker on a chart dates a change in the answer surface or the collector. The line continues across the marker. Read the figures on each side with that change in mind.

## Why is an engine missing from my workspace?

Each plan includes a set number of engines, listed in the plan table. The engine catalogue lists every surface Praised can ask; a catalogue entry is not a claim that every workspace has every engine enabled.

## Why has my reading not refreshed today?

Each plan sets how many days pass between readings on standard engines. The plan table lists that number for each plan.

## Why does an answer show no sentiment?

Sentiment counts only answers that name the tracked brand. An answer that does not name the brand carries no sentiment and is not counted as neutral.
