Make AI visibility a client deliverable.

Praised is an AI-visibility platform built for agencies: one place to measure whether AI assistants recommend each of your clients — then turn the answer into a white-label report and a fix plan you can bill for. Pooled credits, a sub-workspace per client, one login.

The email you already got

“Our board asked whether we show up when people ask ChatGPT for recommendations. Do we? And what would it take to fix?”

  • A measured answer, per engine, with confidence intervals
  • The rivals named instead, and the sources behind them
  • A prioritised fix plan your team can execute
  • A report with your agency’s name on it

That's the reply Praised produces — by Friday, not next quarter.

The deliverable comes first

Agencies don't buy dashboards — they buy something to put in front of a client. The Praised report shows, per engine: how often the client is named, cited and recommended; who wins the prompts they lose; and which sources the engines actually drew on. Every headline number carries a confidence interval, so the month a rate moves you can say whether it really moved — and the month it doesn't, you're not defending noise.

The whole thing white-labels on the Agency plan: your brand on the cover, our methodology behind the numbers — published in full, limitations included, so a sceptical client can check the working.

What lands on the client's desk

  • Share of voice against named competitors, per engine and market
  • Mention, citation and recommendation rates — with intervals, not vibes
  • The answers themselves — what the assistant actually said, quotable in the meeting
  • Cited sources — where the engines got it, and where the client is absent
  • The fix queue — findings turned into tracked work, closed only on a passing re-check

One workspace, every client

The Agency plan is built for a portfolio, not a single brand: each client lives in its own sub-workspace with its own prompts, competitors and reports, while you see the whole roster on one screen. One subscription covers all of them — adding a client adds a workspace, not a line on the invoice.

250
products across your client roster on one Agency subscription.
1
credit pool shared across every client — a quiet month for one funds a heavy month for another.
6
answer surfaces measurable per client — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok. No engine is plan-locked.
2 wks
default measurement cadence — steady trend lines for the monthly report without burning the credit pool.

$599 a month is the whole roster, not the first client. At five client workspaces that is just under $120 each; at ten, just under $60; and the eleventh costs nothing further until you run out of products or credits, because the number of workspaces is not what you are billed for. Pricing per client workspace is the category norm as of August 2026 — the arithmetic is worth doing on whichever tool you are comparing, and it is the comparison that moves fastest as your roster grows.

The retainer is a loop, not a report

A one-off audit is a project. What renews is the rhythm: measure, fix, re-measure — and show the client which of last month's changes actually moved a number.

1

Baseline the client

A prompt suite built from their buyers' real questions, run across the engines that matter to them. The diagnosis is in the breakdown — which prompts they lose, to whom, and why.

2

Work the fix queue

Findings become tracked work: pages to rewrite answer-first, comparison pages to build, wrong facts to correct, sources to earn. Each item closes only when a re-check passes.

3

Prove it moved

Re-measurement against the baseline, with intervals. Experiments attribute the lift to the work — and report a null result as a null result, which is exactly why clients keep believing the wins.

Steps one to three are the same method for every client, which is exactly what makes them expensive to run twenty times a month by hand. Flows let you draw that method once — read the measurement, branch on what it says, tear down the page that beat them, draft the answer, stop for a strategist to approve — then schedule it per client workspace. The variation becomes the client’s data, not your team’s memory of the process. Every run is priced before it starts and traced afterwards, so the hours you bill are still hours you can account for.

Sell it without over-promising

The fastest way to lose a GEO retainer is to win it with a promise nobody can keep. No agency controls what ChatGPT says — and a client who was promised a ranking will eventually ask for it.

Praised is built for the honest pitch that outlasts the hype cycle: here is where you stand, measured; here is what tends to move it; here is proof of what our work did. Every number is labelled live, modeled or estimated, so nothing in your deck is a guess dressed as a measurement.

And when a client asks whether any of this is real, send them the documented record: Chegg losing its category to AI answers and Vercel taking 10% of new signups from ChatGPT — every number in both cited to a dated source.

Language that protects you

What we'd put in the proposal — and what we wouldn't:

  • Say: “We'll measure where you stand and publish the fixes that tend to move it.”
  • Say: “Every change is re-measured against its own baseline.”
  • Never: “We'll get you ranked #1 in ChatGPT.”
  • Never: “Guaranteed mentions by Q4.”

If a client demands the guarantee, they're asking every vendor the same question — and the one who says yes is the one who'll burn them.

Fair questions

Looking to hire an agency rather than run this yourself? We are software, not a services firm — we do not take AI visibility retainers, so this page will not sell you one. What we can do is give you the same measurement the agencies use, so you can judge a prospective one on whether their numbers come with intervals and a stated method. How agencies structure the retainer walks through what good looks like.

How does billing work across clients?
One subscription, with credits pooled across the parent workspace and every client sub-workspace — a quiet month for one client funds a heavy one for another. The Agency plan carries the same monthly credits as Scale; what it adds is 250 products, the portfolio view and white-label reports. You are not billed per client: $599 a month covers the roster, so five clients is just under $120 each and ten is just under $60, and the caps you eventually hit are 250 products and 80,000 pooled credits rather than a headcount of workspaces. Can I put my agency's name on the reports?
Yes. White-label reports are an Agency-plan feature: the client sees your brand on the report, and every number in it still carries its confidence interval and its live, modeled or estimated label.
Which engines can my clients be measured on?
Six answer surfaces: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok — no engine is locked to a plan, on Agency or on any other. Credits are the only limit: heavier engines cost more credits per run, and you choose the mix per client. Grok answers from what it was trained on rather than a live search, so those runs are labelled as such.
Can I promise a client a ranking or a mention rate?
No — and neither can anyone else, because nobody controls these engines. What you can promise is a measured baseline, the fixes that tend to move it, and a re-measurement that shows whether they did. That's the honest version of the pitch, and it's the one that renews.
