Download a screen as CSV, export the workspace, share a report by link and reach the data through the API.

Download a screen as CSV#
Every exported row ends with the same envelope columns, among them the scope, the method, the population, when the data was last checked and the time zone.
An absent value stays an empty cell, never a zero.
Exports are never metered.
Export the whole workspace#
An Owner can download the whole workspace as one JSON file: Settings › Measurement › Export and deletion › Export everything.
Save a report as PDF#
In Report, Save as PDF prints the report from the browser.
Share a report by link#
In Report, choose Share, pick how long the link works (7, 30 or 90 days) and choose Create link.
Anyone with the link can read the report without an account. The page shows the product’s numbers and nothing else in the workspace.
The link always opens the newest reading, not the one on screen when the link was made. Preview opens what the link shows.
The new link is shown once. Copy the link before closing the dialog.
Under Links already shared, each link shows when it stops working, how many views it had and who made it. Turn off ends a link at once.
Owners and Editors can share a report. A Viewer cannot.
Share from the Reports library#
A report from the Reports library shares through one dialog. A Workspace link reaches members inside Praised. A Named people link reaches the addresses typed in, and each person confirms the address by email before the link opens.
Before a Named people link is made, the dialog lists what leaves the workspace: products, regions, facts and internal notes. Unapproved facts and internal notes stay out unless ticked.
When the report changes after the dialog opened, Praised refuses the link and shows the contents again for review.
These links also last 7, 30 or 90 days. Views lists who opened a link, by confirmed address, and Revoke ends the link.
When a workspace requires approval, a Named people link waits until someone other than the person who asked approves the report.
A dashboard shares inside the workspace only. To send one outside, use Make report on the dashboard.

Looker Studio#
A Looker Studio connector is built and in final checks before its gallery listing. Until the listing, export a screen as CSV or pull the API into Looker Studio’s own connectors.
API access#
Settings › Access holds the keys: API keys for the REST API, and Personal API keys for Claude, Cursor and other AI tools.
Only an Owner creates or revokes an API key. A key carries the role of the person who made the key.
Personal API keys come with every paid plan.
